Who can participate? This yoga program is suitable for individuals alone or small groups of up to 4 people, as it can be tailored to meet your specific needs. My focus is particularly on individuals over 40 who seek to improve flexibility, strength, or simply wish to unwind from daily stress.
When can we schedule sessions? We can coordinate to find a mutually convenient time.
How can we practice together? Through communication, we can determine the most beneficial approach for practicing yoga online. If you choose not to continue with live sessions after the first meeting, I can create personalized videos based on your preferences and requirements. You may decide to follow my live session for direct corrections or opt for the custom videos instead. If you're interested in this yoga program, please feel free to contact me.

Following a yogic lifestyle can help us restore homeostasis and tranquility. Four pillars, AVAV = Ahar, Vihara, Achara, and Vichar can help us manage our well-being: mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being.
Our way of living can influence our health. Through yoga therapy, we learn how to live with our conditions and how we can best handle them, with yoga serving not as a replacement for medical treatment, but rather as a complement to and management of health through yogic principles of a healthy lifestyle.
Some yoga asanas are specifically beneficial for diabetes, asthma, or other conditions.
